New Hampshire:

Colebrook: We invite an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a hospital-owned PODIATRY practice in picturesque New Hampshire, near the White Mountain National Forest and close to the Vermont and Canadian borders. Join a large Podiatry team providing routine and diabetic foot care for patients of all ages – with an emphasis on an elderly population. Candidates with prior Podiatry experience are ideal – or this employer will train someone with outpatient care experience and an interest in specializing. Wound Care is a significant part of the job, including postoperative care. You will be encouraged to work toward Wound Care certification. In the clinic, you will be supported by an RN Team leader and a Medical Assistant as you provide routine podiatric and diabetic nail care and more.

You will have a convenient schedule of 29 patient contact hours plus 3 hours of dedicated admin time. EMR is Meditech Expanse, with integrated Dragon voice-dictation software. You will cover 3 clinics in the northern New Hampshire towns of Colebrook, Berlin, and West Stewartstown. Join the medical staff of a 16-bed critical access hospital that demonstrates an attitude of neighbors helping neighbors – where providers care deeply about the needs of their patients, families and staff. Join a proud team with a patient-centered culture focused on delivering high-quality, accessible, integrated healthcare with courtesy and respect.

You will earn a competitive salary with productivity bonuses and benefits that include a cash starting bonus, annual retention bonuses, relocation assistance, 6 months of housing assistance, liability insurance, health and dental insurance, plenty of paid time off for holidays and vacations, and more. Student loan repayment may be available. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Colebrook is a peaceful outdoor paradise in northern New Hampshire. Here, the cultural emphasis is on family, independence and hard work. This town of 2200 people has a quaint downtown and a history of producing agriculture and wood products. Now, tourism is a driving force as recreational vacationers come for the 4-season scenery and unlimited trails for hiking or mountain biking, along with camping, kayaking and canoeing, horseback riding, golf, fishing and hunting, and snowmobiling and skiing (at several nearby resorts). Become part of a quiet, friendly, close-knit community where you can see the stars, hear the birds, and breath fresh, clean air. Local schools earn awards for quality and a high degree of parental involvement. Housing costs are lower than average, and many professionals acquire homes with substantial property (10-100 acres) granting magnificent mountain views. New Hampshire is a financially attractive state too, with no sales tax and no income tax. Shopping and entertainment are limited locally but available in nearby towns.
