Burlington: We have a wonderful role for a skilled Family Medicine Physician with Sports Medicine training/skills to join a popular private practice in a suburb of Burlington. This 3-site outpatient-only practice has a growing Sports Medicine service catering to healthy and injured athletes – including members of Vermont’s popular ski/snowboard community, plus cyclists, climbers, and those playing organized sports. This practice is well-situated to serve patients across Vermont’s largest community. Join an excellent organization with 10 physicians and several NP/PAs in a setting that emphasizes quality care, providing comprehensive primary care and urgent care, plus mental health and specialty services including Sports Medicine. Resources include an on-site laboratory, Saturday urgent care clinics, and now a well-managed telehealth service too. Phone-only call is shared across several providers. We seek a dynamic individual with strong communication and a collaborative style. Candidates who have completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship will receive priority attention! Ultrasound training is an additional plus. You will begin with a split practice that includes about 30% all-ages Primary Care / 70% Sports Medicine – with expectations that your Sports specialty percentage will grow, eventually reaching 100%!
